All work has been supervised by the local authority and fire brigade and has received pass certificate upon completion. Health and Safety we feel is very important and everything possible has been designed to create a loving and caring environment within attractive and stimulating surroundings where health and safety are given the highest priority. Listed below are some of the measures we have taken to ensure safe and secure surroundings: * CCTV Video recording in every room Also external CCTV video recording * Door way system using swipe cards so only staff and parents can enter and leave the building which is time and dated and the information is stored on the computer * All taps are temperature controlled to prevent scalding * Non-slip safety flooring in wet areas * Electrical systems and plugs protected by circuit breakers * Fire alarm, smoke and heat detectors * Finger guards on all doors to prevent trapped fingers * All low level glass has been toughened * All radiators are protected by safety covers * There are wash hand basins in every room * Large enclosed outdoor play area with rubber tiles for added security. |
